We’re looking for a WordPress Developer to work alongside our growing digital marketing team. You’ll support the development team with in-depth WordPress knowledge:
- Design & development of custom WP themes
- Customization and upgrade of ready-made themes
- Troubleshooting
- Content & meta-information updates
- Plugin installation
Core to this role is expertise in:
- Expertise in HTML / CSS
- Expertise in WordPress development
- Knowledge of PHP, jQuery, MySQL, Google Webmaster Tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills and comfortable meeting with clients both in person and on the phone.
Ideally, you also have:
- Experience in developing WP plugins
- SEO experience
- Experience with modern design tools and design handover methods (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin)
- Experience with UX audits
- Experience with eCommerce platforms – WooCommerce, Magento platform, BigCommerce…
